Prints

Images on this site have been sized for viewing on average monitors, and compressed for speedy browsing with consideration given to users with slower connection speeds. This has the effect of reducing the amount of detail and depth viewable in these images. Fine art prints are created from much higher resolution files on state of the art printing equipment, and the resulting clarity and detail that cannot be shown over the internet. I encourage anyone local to the Bay Area to visit one of my shows to see my prints in person. If you have no opportunity to visit, and you would like to purchase a print, you can feel confident that I guarantee 100% customer satisfaction, and I'll refund the purchase price for any print that doesn't leave you thrilled.

Fine art prints are made using state-of-the-art archival printing techniques, including Epson's K3 carbon pigment inks, using either the Epson 2400 or 3800, depending on the size of the print. Prints are made using 100% cotton rag, acid free papers from Hahnemuhle and Epson. Longevity of these prints is rated at greater than 100 years, when framed under UV-blocking glass. For more information on these ratings, visit Wilhelm Rearsearch's pages on Epson pigment inks, here and here. Canvas gallery wraps are also available.

All prints are signed by the artist, and offered with archival matting and mounting, with museum framing options available as well. If you prefer to have the work mounted and framed by your custom framing professional, then prints may be ordered alone.

Additionally, prints may be ordered using an archival ink jet process on either fine art velvet paper or canvas.

Matting, mounting, custom framing, and canvas gallery wraps are available on request.

A store front will be available soon on this site. Until then, please contact Lawrence for information on how to order a print.
